Founder of 7MinuteSoccerSkills.com, Sam Blakeley was born and raised in Manchester,
England.
Sam played for his local team, school and professional club Bury FC. From age 9-16 he
trained weekly in the Bury School of Excellence and played against the best teams such
as Manchester Utd, Manchester City & Liverpool. At 16 he was released from Bury FC and
joined semi-professional club, Chadderton FC. He played there for two years before
moving to Canada in 1999. He still plays soccer for his local club in Niagara Falls, Ontario.
In 2015 Sam turned his attention to coaching kids and created his own
Soccer Academy in Niagara Falls.
It is based on small class sizes and focused on ball mastery, 1v1's and small sided games.
Sam's professional career in web application development has seen him
combine his love of Information Technology and Soccer into one career! His hope is
to improve the soccer skill level of all kids through his academy and through
his web app 7MinuteSoccerSkills.com.
Soccer is his ultimate passion.
